Are you an absentee homeowner who visits occasionally throughout the year? Who watches your home while you’re away? Our home wellness checks ensure your home is well maintained while unoccupied. Receive peace of mind that your home is being properly cared for while you’re away. Each wellness check includes a completed home inspection checklist as well as photos of inside and outside. If we notice something in need of immediate attention, we will discuss it with you and assist with any repairs if needed.

About Us

Ocean Breeze Concierge is owned and operated by Sunny Wroten, a local Jax Beach native and Fletcher High school alumni (go Senators!). She has an extensive background taking care of homes, with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 10+ years building and renovating homes in Jacksonville, and a Florida Certified Building Contractors license (CBC License # CBC1265577). Sunny enjoys her time away from work camping, fishing, traveling, and forcing her two children (Dylan, 16 and Layla, 5) to smile for photos (they’ll appreciate it when they’re older)!

Ocean Breeze Concierge has been amazing to work with. As an absentee homeowner living 16 hours away, it's nice to know someone is looking after our second home. In the first month, they've helped us fix our irrigation (that we didn't know was broken and killing our grass), freezer, replaced our air filters, and replaced our fridge filter. It's nice to know that everything will be taken care of when we come down to stay, and we won't be stressed out trying to fix stuff on the house instead of relaxing on the beach.
